Weekly TV Twitter Ratings: March 17 - 23, 2014

It may not even be able to compete in the regular TV ratings, but PRETTY LITTLE LIARS can knock down THE WALKING DEAD when it comes to Twitter.

The teen drama was not only the #1 TV program in this past week's Twitter ratings, but it beat THE WALKING DEAD by nearly two million more unique twitter accounts. It was also the only program of the week to produced a total tweet count of over one million, with 1.45 million.

GLEE can't even draw two million viewers to watch it's show, but 2.3 million follow the show on Twitter.


Activity metrics (Unique Authors and Tweets) are a measure of relevant U.S. Twitter activity from three hours before, during and three hours after broadcast. Reach metrics (Unique Audience and Impressions) measure the audience of relevant Tweets ascribed to an episode from when the Tweets are sent until the end of the broadcast day at 5am. Sports Events, Series, and Specials include those on Broadcast and National Cable Networks only. Sports Events are across all dayparts. Series and Specials include new/live primetime and late fringe episodes only.
