Primetime Cable Ratings: February 23, 2014
For three Sundays in a row THE WALKING DEAD has beat the Olympics to be the #1 program in the A18-49 ratings. This week, it is again the #1 show in the category for the entire week. The show is just a train and nothing can stop it. AMC can't develop the companion series fast enough, in my opinion.
The only real competition THE WALKING DEAD had on Sunday night were the repeat episodes of NCIS on USA. All four primetime episodes made the top 10 list and averaged 3.1 million viewers for the night. The 8 p.m. episode of NCIS drew more viewers than the repeat epiaode of THE WALKING DEAD, during the same hour.
