Primetime Cable Ratings: November 17, 2013
THE WALKING DEAD lead all programs with 12 million viewers and a strong 6.0 rating in Adults 18-49. DEAD was down 200,000 in viewers and two tenths of a ratings point in the demo ratings, from last week's numbers. I am sure that the strong viewership ratings for SUNDAY NIGHT FOOTBALL GAME took a few viewers away from THE WALKING DEAD.FAMILY GUY reruns made a rare appearance on the chart with a 10:30 episode taking the #8 sport, with over 2 million viewers. The reruns of the FOX series usually post some of the best numbers of the whole day, but usually regularly air outside the primetime window.
Another unfamiliar series on the Sunday charts is BOARDWALK EMPIRE. The period drama attracted just under 2 million viewers on the night, good enough for the 10th spot on the chart. Next Sunday is the season finale of BOARDWALK EMPIRE and we shall see if it can make a repeat appearence on this chart.
