Social Activity TV Chart: October 15, 2013

The BET Hip Hop Awards dominated the social TV activity on Tuesday night, collecting over 2.59 million posts and messages. That is more than the rest of the cable chart and the entire broadcast chart, combined. The HIP HOP AWARDS social activity also tops what THE WALKING DEAD did just two days earlier, but I doubt the awards program was able to generate over 16 million viewers.

Playoff baseball was the top broadcast program, with just under 135,000 posts. It tops SUPERNATURAL and AGENTS OF S.H.I.E.L.D., both with over 100k. Top ratings getter THE VOICE was all the way down in 4th place, with just 97,000 social postings.
