Ratings: Broadcast Finals for October 23, 2013

FOX easily won Wednesday night, thanks to game one of the 2013 World Series. The 109th Fall Classic collected 14.40 million viewers and a 4.2 rating in Adults 18-49. The game was up over last year's game one by more than 17% in each category, plus showed increased in young male demographics, between 17% and 24%.

Three of the four other networks showed significant losses in the ratings, from the previous week's numbers. NBC dropped 1.2 million viewers and two tenths of a ratings point in Adults 18-49 and ABC was down 700k in viewers and one tenth of point in the demo ratings.

CBS was up for the night, thanks to the 300th episode of CSI. It jumped one million viewers and 5% in the demo ratings, over last week's effort.

NBC - 4.7 million viewers, 1.2 rating in Adults 18-49
