Ratings: Broadcast Finals for October 14, 2013
CBS's band-aid fix on Monday night stopped the hemorrhaging, but there it is still bleeding. The move of 2 BROKE GIRLS did improve the 8:30 time slot by nearly 2.5 million viewers and 44% in the A18-49 ratings. The move also helped the ratings for the 2 BROKE GIRLS as it rose over 700k in viewership and 18% in the demo, from last week's 9 p.m. airing.
An encore of THE BIG BANG THEORY did boost viewership by 1.3 million viewers, but the A18-49 ratings were mostly flat. With that lead in, the viewership numbers for MOM did perk up by 1/2 million viewers, but the A18-49 numbers are down 5%. The numbers for HOSTAGES are almost identical from last week.... bad.
THE BLACKLIST is still strong in the ratings, but the week-to-week numbers wet down 250,000 viewers and down one tenth of a ratings point in the demo. THE VOICE was down 800,000 viewers.
ABC was up week-to-week in the A18-49 ratings, by two tenths tenth of a ratings point, over the night.
SLEEPY HOLLOW continues to fall in the ratings., Over four weeks, the new drama has lost 2.5 million viewers and 23% in the A18-49 ratings. It has been a slow drop, just a few percentage points a week, but the series has yet to level off or show an increase.
