Primetime Cable Ratings: October 8, 2013
It was an active night over on the FOX News Channel, as all three primetime programs made Tuesday's top 10. THE O'REILLY FACTOR (#4) is a semi-regular program in this chart, and drew the most viewers among the three FOX News shows, with 3.0 million viewers. THE KELLY FILES (#5) was right behind with 2.8 million viewers. HANNITY placed 7th with 2.2 million. As long as the government shutdown is a story, expect similar numbers to appear on a regular basis.
The MLB Divisional series coverage topped the chart, drawing just under 5.2 million viewers for the evening game. The late afternoon game, which bleed into primetime, hauled in 3.8 million viewers. Both games had a decent 1.3 rating in Adults 18-49.
