Primetime Cable Ratings: October 27, 2013
Despite a week-to-week drop of one million viewers, THE WALKING DEAD is still the dominate cable series on Sunday night. The third episode of the season more than tripled the viewing numbers of the #2 program of the night, its lead out program TALKING DEAD. Only Disney programming can get within 25% of the viewership, that is not also an AMC series.
Also, THE WALKING DEAD beat both SUNDAY NIGHT FOOTBALL and The World Series, in the A18-49 ratings. Football scored a 6.3 ratings and baseball drew a 4.6 rating. However, both sports evens did draw larger total viewer totals.
For the first three weeks, THE WALKING DEAD has averaged 14.3 million viewers a 7.4 rating in Adults 18-49.
