Primetime Cable Ratings: October 15, 2013
Game four of the National League Championship Series was the #1 cable program of Tuesday night, drawing 5.8 million viewers and a 1.6 rating in Adults 18-49. It is the best rated game of the series in both total viewers and in the A18-49 ratings. Game five is played during the day on Wednesday and if a game six is needed, it will be primetime on Friday.The BET HIP HOP AWARDS was a hot topic Tuesday night as it was, by far, the most socially active program of the evening, collecting more than 2.5 million social postings about the program. The ratings are not as spectacular, but they are very strong. BET hauled in 3.7 million viewers of the show, making it the #3 cable program of the night. What is more impressive is that THE REAL HUSBANDS OF HOLLYWOOD was able to keep 96% of the audience from the awards show. A very strong showing from BET is a welcomed breath of fresh air in the ratings.
