- G4 saved, Style to be re-transformed:
NBCU has switched its plan to change the G4 network to the Esquire Network. The network change will happen, but now it is Style that will become Esquire, later this month. - Want more zombies? Oui, Oui !!:
Sundance channel has picked up the french zombie series THE RETURNED. It will premiere on Halloween night.
- GRACELAND is renewed:
USA Network has renewed the drama GRACELAND for a second season. - THE KILLING cancelled, again:
AMC has once again cancelled the drama THE KILLING. - CW picks up comedy series:
Canadian sitcom SEED has been picked up by The CW for a possible early 2014 premiere. - BREAKING POINTE on hiatus:
The low rated CW reality series BREAKING POINTE will be taken off the schedule and replaced with encores of WHOSE LINE IS IT ANYWAY?
- BREAKING BAD prequel:
AMC has ordered the BREAKING BAD prequel series BETTER CALL SAUL, featuring Bob Odenkirk's lawyer character. - Has LAST CALL made its last call?:
NBC has told workers of the late night talk show LAST CALL WITH CARSON DALY not to report to work, for now. Despite a renew back in April, NBC is considering several different options for the time slot. - More of SO YOU THINK YOU CAN DANCE:
In a somewhat surprised move, FOX orders another season of SO YOU THINK YOU CAN DANCE, for summer 2014, despite series low ratings this summer.
- UNDER THE DOME back on Amazon Prime next season:
The hit CBS summer drama series UNDER THE DOME will again be available on Amazon Prime, when season two begins next summer. - ENLISTED delayed until January:
The new FOX comedy ENLISTED has been taken off the fall schedule and will now premiere on January 10th, still on Friday night. - BIG BROTHER in 2014:
CBS has officially renewed the summer reality series BIG BROTHER for 2014.
- FUSE cable network is looking for a buyer:
Current owner of FUSE, Madison Square Gardens, is looking to sell the music channel. Currently FUSE gets about six cents per subscriber, per month, with an estimated 78 million households. That equals out to about $56 million per year. I can see CBS going big to the channel, then re-brand it with a more mainstream content.
