Even with NFL football boosting the broadcast networks, BREAKING BAD still draws them in. The gritty drama drew 5.1 million viewers and a 2.6 rating in Adults 18-49. That is up 16% in viewers and 18% in the demo ratings, from the previous week. It is also the best numbers for the series since the August forth episode. BREAKING BAD was the only cable program with over 3 million viewers.
In the battle of the premium channels, BOARDWALK EMPIRE edges out DEXTER for the most viewers, by 40k, but DEXTER easily out rates BOARDWALK in the A18-49 ratings by 22%.
