Ratings: Broadcast Finals for August 6, 2013

With a two hour episode of AMERICA'S GOT TALENT, NBC easily wins Tuesday night in both viewers and the A18-49 ratings.

The veteran talent show. AMERICA'S GOT TALENT. drew the nights best numbers, 9.3 million viewers and a 2.5 rating in Adults 18-49. The shows was down 6% in viewers and 7% in the demo ratings, from its previous Tuesday night edition.


Show worst erosion is FOX's SO YOU THINK YOU CAN DANCE. Pulling in 4.0 million viewers and a 1.3 demo rating, the series is down nearly 20% in viewers and 26% in the demo, from its season premiere, back in May. With a summer 2014 development slate already under way for FOX, expect this to be the final season of the  long running series.

Week two of CAPTURE maintained a:-)  good chunk its viewers from last week's premiere, keeping 86%. It is down by one tenth of a ratings point in the A18-49 ratings, but considering how bad most new shows have done for the CW, its is not a bad start. We'll see next week, if erosion continues or if CAPTURE is the real thing.
