Social TV Activity Chart for July 2, 2013


BET continues to roll after the big splash from the BET AWARDS, on Sunday. Their new series BEING MARY JANE grabbed the top spot with over 455,000 social media posts. It easily defeated ABC Family's PRETTY LITTLE LIARS and CATFISH on MTV.

On the Broadcast side of the chart, AMERICA'S GOT TALENT was the top program with just a relatively small amount of activity. The 80,000 posts is a drop of about 19% from last week. Like the Nielsen ratings, is AGT showing its age as the numbers start to drop?
