Ratings: Broadcast Finals for May 24, 2013

The first Friday of the "Summer Season" is just as you expect it to be, loaded with repeats. Just three programs aired original content, with 20/20 getting the most viewers (5 million) and the highest A18-49 rating (1.1).  But both encore hours of SHARK TANK drew higher demo ratings.

FOX gave us the BRAIN GAMES, which did score better numbers than the spring occupant of the time slot (TOUCH). It has been since FRINGE was in the 9 p.m. hour that FOX last saw a program score a 1.0 demo rating.

Friday Night Network Averages:

ABC - 4.8 million viewers, 1.3 rating in Adults 18-49.

NBC - 5.0 million viewers, 1.0 rating in Adults 18-49.

CBS - 5.0 million viewers, 0.7 rating in Adults 18-49.

FOX - 2.9 million viewers, 0.9 rating in Adults 18-49.

CW - 0.7 million viewers, 0.3 rating in Adults 18-49.
