Ratings: Broadcast Finals for April 9, 2013
Not all news was bad for NBC. THE VOICE was the top rated program of the night in the A18-49 demographic, with a 4.4 rating. It was down slightly from last week's ratings, but still strong enough to help NBC win the night in the demo ratings.
CBS easily took the night in total viewership, lead by a new episode of NCIS. The veteran drama drew 17.2 million viewers and a 2.7 demo rating. NCIS: LA held the same demo rating, but dropped 18% of its lead in audience. Freshman series GOLDEN BOY is the weak link of the night. It lost roughly 45% of its audience, in both reported categories. It has been a while since CBS has had a stable series in the 10 p.m. Tuesday slot.
