Complete Nielsen Ratings: Week of March 25, 2013
The full Nielsen rankings and ratings from #1 to #99:
NBC's has been waiting all winter to get to this point, the spring season of THE VOICE and REVOLUTION and the rise from the bottom of the ratings. Well, the weekly averages did improve by 3 million viewers and the A18-49 ratings were up by 100% from last week. But, the network is still in 4th place in total viewers and 3rd place in the A18-49 ratings, edging ABC by one-tenth of a ratings point.
NBC only had two programs in the top 25 viewers chart, both are the two nights of THE VOICE (#5 & #7). REVOLUTION (#26), CHICAGO FIRE (#31) and LAW & ORDER: SVU (#34) are the only other NBC programs in the top 40 chart.
NBC's performance is almost duplicated by FOX as its only two top 25 programs, in total viewers, are AMERICAN IDOL (#8 & #10). It only other two programs in the top 50 are BONES (#28) and THE FOLLOWING (#33).
DANCING WITH THE STARS man not be the what it once was, but the ABC schedule is better this spring than it was over the winter. The veteran dance series was $3 and #6 on the viewers chart and helped elevate CASTLE (#12) and BODY OF PROOF (#13). Add in MODERN FAMILY (#16) and GREY'S ANATOMY (#17) and you have their top 20 programs.
CBS had a nice week, with strong performances from their Monday and Tuesday night programs and the NCAA Sweet 16 coverage from Thursday to Sunday. The Tournament coverage produced four spots in the top 30, lead by the Sunday overrun at #2, with 15.7 million viewers.
