Ratings: Broadcast Finals for March 3, 2013

CBS easily takes the night in total viewers, but shares the title at top network in A18-49 ratings.

For just the second time over the last 5-6 weeks, the CBS Sunday night line up aired on time and without any preemptions  60 MINUTES was the night's leader in total viewers with 12 million. It also posted a 1.6 demo rating, just edged out by AFV.

THE AMAZING RACE held strong topping tough competition in both viewers and A18-49 ratings. The 2.5 rating and 9.2 million viewers bested THE SIMPSONS and ONCE UPON A TIME. OUAT has recently seen ratings slide over the last month, with or without tough competition against it.

Closing out CBS, THE GOOD WIFE and THE MENTALIST performed decently, but a little under par. neither series drew over 10 million viewers nor approached a 2.0 rating in Adults 18-14. THE GOOD WIFE lost 33% of THE AMAZING RACE's lead in demo ratings.

THE ANIMATION DOMINATION block took a hit as only THE SIMPSONS were able to post a demo rating of over a two. This once strong block of programming is only surviving because of the lack of competition and good programming from NBC and, in part, ABC.

ABC gave us the two hour series premiere of the new drama RED WIDOW. The number are not a good sign for the series. 6.9 million viewers did sample the program, but just a 1.5 rating in Adults 18-49 is not that good. In fact, it was last each of the two hours in the hyped demographic ratings.

NBC's premiere of THE CELEBRITY APPRENTICE kicked off its All-Star edition to little fanfare. Just 5.2 million viewers and a 1.7 demo rating tuned in to see the Donald and the cast of C-list stars run around NYC for charity. Last year, the reality program premiered to a much stronger 7.4 million viewers and a 2.6 demo rating. It may be time for Comcast to say, "Donald, Ya Fired!"

FOX - 3.8 million viewers, 1.8 rating in Adults 18-49

ABC - 7.1 million viewers, 1.7 rating in Adults 18-49

NBC - 5.0 million viewers, 1.4 rating in Adults 18-49
