A look at the NFL Playoffs, which were played over a 5 week period, on three networks. NBC airs the first day of games on Saturday, January 5. From there on, CBS and FOX aired playoff games within the conference that are contracted to air during the regular season. CBS airs the AFC, and FOX airs the NFC. The alternating schedule of airing the Conference Championship game in prime time fell to CBS on 2013, and they also received the Super Bowl this year.
