Ratings Review: EMILY OWENS, M.D.

EMILY OWENS, M.D. follows the life of Emily Owens, a first-year intern at Denver Memorial Hospital, where she realizes that her med-school crush and her high school nemesis are also interning at the same hospital. Emily struggles trying to land as the research assistant of a world-famous cardiothoracic surgeon.

After the series sixth original episode aired, The CW announced the series was cancelled, but would air all of the initial 13 episodes ordered. Since that announcement ratings have been betterand the series finale became the second most watched episode of the series.
