Ratings: Broadcast Finals for February 19, 2013

We had two premieres on Tuesday and neither program impressed viewers or the ratings.

The series premiere of the new CW drama CULT drew an unexpected 0.3 demo rating and failed to draw even a million viewers. The retention rate from its HART OF DIXIE lead in was a mere 63% in viewers and 60% in the A18-49 ratings. Apparently viewers are taking the title to heart and making this only a cult favorite.

Over on ABC, BODY OF PROOF had its third season premiere and it feel flat generating just 6.8 million viewers and a 1.2 demo rating. It dropped 18% in viewers and a whopping 54% in the demo from its lead in, THE BACHELOR. BOP is also 3 million off from its season average for 2011-12.

On the positive side, NCIS continued to roll and the most watched program of the night in both viewers and A18-49 ratings. With 21 million viewers, NCIS should continue as the #1 program on TV.

- VEGAS continues to lose viewers with just a 59% retention rate from NCIS: LA
- SMASH equalling 0.9 demo rating as DO NO HARM Series premiere.
- THE NEW NORMAL on track to be the lowest rated original BIG 4 program of the week.

CBS - 15.6 million viewers, 2.6 rating in Adults 18-49

ABC - 6.5 million viewers,1.8 rating in Adults 18-49

FOX - 3.4 million viewers, 1.6 rating in Adults 18-49

NBC - 3.7 million viewers, 1.1 rating in Adults 18-49

CW - 1.1 million viewers, 0.4 rating in Adults 18-49
