Ratings: Broadcast Finals for January 27, 2013

NBC wins the night in both measured categories with its presentation of the NFL Pro Bowl game, live from Hawaii.

The networks last NFL game of the season posted 12.2 million viewers and a 4.0 rating in Adults 18-49. He game was down slightly as the 2012 game drew 12.5 million viewers and a strong 4.3 demo rating . NBC took every half hour of the night with the game.

FOX presented a night of original episodes from its "Animation Domination" block. Each of the four 'toons airing between 8 p.m. and 10 p.m. drew a demo rating of a 2.0 or better. FAMILY GUY the the night for the network with a 2.8 demo rating.

CBS gave us original episode of 60 Minutes, THE GOOD WIFE and THE MENTALIST. although 60 MINUTES was up from its last airing, two weeks ago (+17% in viewers, 20% in demo), both scripted dramas were down from their previous airings in the same time frame. Both THE GOOD WIFE and THE MENTALIST should have drew better numbers considering the lack of competition from ABC.

Speaking of ABC. Its only original program was the made for TV movie THE MAKE OVER. The movie was a dud in the ratings attracting just 5.2 million viewers and a 1.1 demo rating, finishing last in both categories.

For the night, NBC swept the night with 11.7 million viewers and a 3.8 demo rating. FOX finished second in the demo with a 1.9 rating but last in total viewers with 3.9 million. CBS was just behind NBC in total viewers with 9.6 million, but finished behind FOX with a 1.5 demo rating. ABC finished the night last in the A18-49 ratings with a 1.2 rating, and third in total viewers with 5.2 million.
