Ratings: Broadcast Finals for November 9, 2012
Apparently, it took viewers a week to realize that UNDERCOVER BOSS was back on the air. The second episode of the season was up 13% in total viewers and 27% in the A18-49 demo ratings. It easily won the 8:00 p.m. time slot, topping last week's winners LAST MAN STANDING and MALIBU COUNTRY.Speaking of the ABC comedies, they were down considerably from their 2012 premieres last week. LAST MAN STANDING was down 8% in viewers and 20% in the demo. MALIBU COUNTRY was worse by being off 20% in viewers and 26% in Adults 18-49. What once looked like a promising start for MALIBU COUNTRY may end up being another flop for ABC.
KITCHEN NIGHTMARES finally saw the ratings go up. The Gordon Ramsey reality series was +33% in the demo ratings, and +21% in viewers. It was the best numbers for KN for the season and closer to its 2011-12 season average.
