Ratings: Broadcast Finals for September 8, 2012
If you can score a sports program on Saturday nights, you will at least get ratings that don't completely suck. That is exactly how FOX and ABC preformed on Saturday night. The didn't suck.
ABC posted the most viewers with just over five million to watch the last race before the chase in NASCAR. Believe it or not, we still have 10 races left in the NASCAR SEASON.
FOX got its first decent numbers from its new primetime PAC-12 package. 4.6 million viewers and the top number in the A18-49 demo, a 1.6 rating. It is still an uphill climb for FOX and the PAC-12. Unless they get a great match up, it will be tough to compete with the ABC college package.
