Ratings Review: BETTY WHITE'S - OFF THEIR ROCKERS

Of all the bad comedies NBC has given us, who would have expected that BETTY WHITE would have been the bigger ratings draw? NBC didn't.

Although the 18-49 demographic ratings are not spectacular, they are a little better than a lot of the series NBC was putting up in 2011-12. Averaging over 5 million viewers, it was also getting more over all viewers to watch the network. It was the band-aid that NBC needed last spring.

If/when NBC actually had a few decent show to help support OFF THEIR ROCKERS, it could be a good utility player. It will not be a hit, but it will do ratings that are much better than about 50% of the 2011-12 line up could generate.
