Ratings Review: BREAKING POINTE

As the summer goes, BREAKING POINTE has been the more successful summer series for the CW. But the CW is so bad that just a few extra thousand viewers is all it takes to be the top summer show of the network.

For the most part, BREAKING POINTE stayed with a consistent 800,000+ viewers each week. The 0.3 rating in the 18-49 demographic was on par for what the rest of the networks has been pulling this summer.

I doubt we will see a second season of BREAKING POINTE. Encores of other series should be able to score ratings near what BP scores, but without the extra production cost associated with a new summer series.
