What are the Networks Ad Rates?

I came across this bit of information on Bloomberg.com. It was a piece on CBS and how they are set to take the 18-49 demographic ratings crown next season.

According to CBS, their average price for a 30 second spot in prime time, March 2012, was $191,800. When you compare that to the reaming three BIG 4 Networks, FOX is still on top with an average of $247,500, but I am sure that is heavily weighted by AMERICAN IDOL. AI will not command the high rates next season.

Rounding things out, ABC was third with an average charge of $85,00, while NBC was just a tick behind with $83,100.

CBS is expecting an increase of 10% for next season, a larger gain than what is expected from ABC, NBC and FOX. With the schedule CBS has in place, they will get that increase.
