Ratings: Broadcast Finals for May 17, 2012
HIGHLIGHTS:- With THE BIG BANG THEORY now in repeats, AMERICAN IDOL can now claim to be the #1 show on the night. With a 4.4 demo rating and 16.4 million viewers, that exactly what it was.
- GREY'S ANATOMY for show that an old show can rise back in to the ratings game.
LOW LIGHTS:
- COMMUNITY was three times as bad last night. Not one episode of the three could attract 3 million viewers. Then again, that was NBC the whole night.
- TOUCH for losing over 60% of the lead in from AMERICAN IDOL. I guess Fridays is where it will go to die, next season.
- Perez Hilton just needs to stay on YouTube. 800k viewers just doesn't cut it on Network TV, Cable or even PBS.
