The Apprentice - DOA

The final Nielsen numbers are out for Thursday, September 16th and the latest edition of The Apprentice (Non-Celeb Edition) is Dead On Arrival.

The Premiere could only muster up 4.5 million viewers and 1.5 demo rating against repeats from the other three major networks. This will only get worse next week when it will have season/series premieres from the other three networks. Could Trump's #1 show drop below 3 million viewers? Will NBC air the entire run of The Apprentice with ratings that bad? Of course, they did run a full season of Park's & Rec last season.

Why NBC thought a non celebrity edition would work now is beyond me. Its been 3 years since no-names competed on the series. Its time to pull the plug on The Donald..... You Fired!
