Pushing Daisies.... Soon
Although nothing official has been said by ABC, the writing is on the wall, plus industry rumors, that Pushing Daisies will end after its 13 episode run, if not sooner.
Thursday night, The always reliable Travis Yanan published the rumors he had been hearing about the struggling series. Then, a TV critic, I don't read his stuff, published an article about an unnamed series had huge problems with the cast not liking each other and that it would carry over tot he Network cancelling the show.
Next, we read reports that the shows creator is ready to go BACK to his old show Heroes. Some say this is a negotiation tactic, but I think its just a way of letting those few fans know, unofficially, that the shows is done.
Pushing Daisies aired just 5 episodes, so far, this season. none of which ever reach above 6.75 million viewers. In fact, two of its episodes failed to reach 6 million viewers. The Demo ratings are just as bad with it averaging about a 2.0 rating.

PD will be dumped. ABC made a colossal error in judgment by standing pat on Wednesday. It has hurt them significantly.
