Final Broadcast Ratings: January 12, 2018

CBS plows through the ratings, sweeping Friday night. The three dramas were the most watched shows of the night and won two of the three hours in the demographic ratings.

HELL'S KITCHEN won the 8 PM hour in the A18-34 and A18-49 age groups, including the best A18-49 number of the night, a 1.1 rating (tied with H5O). That helped FOX secure the #2 spot on the night.

ABC and NBC were tied. The season premiere of TAKEN, on NBC, drew just 2.8 million viewers and a 0.5 demo rating, fourth in the 9 PM hour. That is a sharp decline from last year's series premiere, which was on a better Monday 10 PM time slot. For ABC, week two of CHILD SUPPORT was down only 300,000 total viewers and a tenth in the A18-49 demo, from last week's premiere.
