Preliminary Ratings: Monday 02/20/2017

ABC wind another Monday night, on the demo powerhouse that is THE BACHELOR. While everything else is struggling to get a sub 1.0 rating in Adults 18-34, THE BACHELOR is cruising in the mid-twos of the demo. When DANCING WITH THE STARS returns, it will pull more than twice the number of viewers, but the A81-34 and A18-49 demos will be near half the ratings of THE BACHELOR.

NBC closed out the first season of TIMELESS, which did decent numbers behind THE VOICE, this past fall, but without the strong lead in, TIMELESS barely kept ahead of ABC's QUANTICO, which is usually the lowest rated BIG 4 program of the night. With a better lead in for the finale, AMERICAN NINJA WARRIOR, the demos were up two-tenths of a point, across the board.

CBS was the #2 network on the night with a consistent performance from all five of its series. It may be tough on deciding on which of the four comedies to keep for 2017-18, but 2 BROIKE GIRLS may be the odd-girl out, if one has to go.

The new FOX Monday night line up is looking bad. Both new series posted their worst numbers of their runs and are well below what GOTHAM and LUCIFER were pulling in the slots.
