Final Broadcast Ratings: February 5, 2017

SUPER BOWL LI was almost a perfect storm for FOX. High scoring, huge comeback, overtime, and a thrilling end. But the middle, of the nigh saw Atlanta build a huge lead, the size that most, if not all viewers thought would be a lock for them to have an easy win. But like we have seen often in the past year, huge leads do not matter and a comeback is almost inevitable.

The prelim numbers have the game drawing just over 111 million viewers and about 40% of the total population in each age demographic. The numbers are currently on par with last year's game.

Because of the overtime, 24: LEGACY did not start until after 11 PM and drew 17.6 million viewers, along with a 6.1 rating in Adults 18-49. That is three million less total viewers and a drop of over 20% in the demo, from last year's post-Super Bowl edition of THE LATE SHOW.
