Preliminary Ratings: Sunday 02/28/2016

Sunday night was OSCAR night in Hollywood and the only program of any concern in the ratings. The annual ABC event drew 33.0 million viewers and a solid 9.7 rating in Adults 18-49. That is down about 4.2 million viewers and 12% in the demo, from last year's telecast. The ratings also have hit a eight year low, when the 2008 ceremony only attracted 32 million viewers, but still posted a 10.7 demo rating.
