Final Broadcast Ratings: February 22, 2015

Another Sunday in February, anther huge TV event. This time, it was ABC's turn, with the 87th annual Academy Awards. All of Hollywood came out to pat themselves on the back, bragging 37.26 million viewers, along with 10.3 rating in the A18-49 demographic. Unfortunately, for ABC, that is down over 6.4 million viewers and 12% in the demo ratings. It is the least watched OSCARS since 2009, when it drew just 36.3 million. this is the third time, in five years, the event has drawn under 40 million viewers.

The rest of the broadcast networks took the night off, airing repeats and movies. FOX had the better success with this programming averaging a 0.9 demo over the night.

CBS - 4.4 million viewers, 0.7 rating in A18-49
CW - 0.0 million viewers, 0.0 rating in A18-49
FOX - 2.1 million viewers, 0.9 rating in A18-49
NBC - 3.2 million viewers, 0.6 rating in A18-49
