Sitcom inspired by trivia games:
NBC is developing the sitcom PUB QUIZ, a comedy set in the world of bar trivia games. Just think of it as CHEERS playing trivia pursuit during each episode.



Nick at Night renews series:
The cable network has ordered a 20 episode, third season of INSTANT MOM. Season two premieres next month.



OWN orders reality series:
Oprah's network has picked up the reality series 2 FAT 2 FLY. The series follows best friends Ramone Dickerson and Corey Simmons as they navigate their small-town food truck business.



More Bachelors:
The summer series BACHELOR IN PARADISE has been renewed for a second season, by ABC.



ABC Family cancels comedy:
The sitcom MYSTERY GIRLS has been axed, by ABC Family, after just one season.



We all knew, but now it is official:
CBS officially announced that James Corden will take over as host of THE LATE LATE SHOW, in 2015.



Netflix goes beyond traditional scripted content:
Netflix has ordered its first unscripted series, CHEF'S TABLE, which profiles the top culinary artists. The streaming service is also rumored to be diving into short form content. This would be two to five minute clips of movies and TV shows, appealing to mobile users.
