Ratings Review: THE BACHELORETTE (Summer 2014)

It was a good season for THE BACHELORETTE, but the ratings were down, year-to-year. The series also had to face a difficult in season death of one of the bachelors competing in the series.

The ratings started out strong, getting over seven million viewers and a 2.0 rating in Adults 18-49. But, THE BACHELORETTE would not see a 2.0 demo rating again, until the season finale or see seven million viewers until the 10th week.

For the season, THE BACHELORETTE averaged 6.69 million viewers and a 1.7 rating in Adults 18-49, for the 12 separate airings of the season. The series should be back for another summer, in 2015, as it is one of the stronger series during the "off season."
