Ratings Review: MASTERCHEF JUNIOR
Whenever FOX need a hole to plug or a ratings boost, it seems to turn to Gordon Ramsey, more times than not. His latest series, MASTERCHEF JUNIOR was by no means a hit, but it drew solid Friday night ratings, better than most of what FOX programed over the last decade. The series was a competitive 3rd place for the hour, in the A18-49 ratings, with some weeks making it to #2 spot, in the hour.
For the seven episode, first season, MASTERCHEF JUNIOR averaged 4.02 million viewers and a 1.4 rating in Adults 18-49. I would expect another season of the series to come back in 2014 to help fill a gap or hole in the FOX schedule.
