Ratings Review: THE AMAZING RACE (Fall 2012)
THE AMAZING RACE is as about as solid and consistent of a program any network can have. The fall 2012 edition was no exception.
Despite the different start time every other week, because of NFL game overrun, the margin between the most and least viewed episodes was just over 1 million viewers and only once did the variance go up or down by more than 10%.
Despite always being in the shadows of SURVIVOR, THE AMAZING RACE will continue to be rewarded with the Emmy for Outstanding Reality-Competition Program and give CBS a solid push through the Sunday night line up. It more than earns its renewal each season.
