CW Weekly Ratings for the Week of March 18-24, 2013

The CW weekly ratings were up from the previous week. Up 25 percent in viewers and 50 percent in the A18-49 demo ratings. It is the first week, since mid-February, that both the Wednesday night and Thursday night block aired original episodes in the same week.

Depending on how you look at it, The CW either got a little milage out of the iHEART RADIO/JUSTIN TIMBERLAKE special or it tanked completely. It is all a mater of perspective. The ratings are up over a repeat episode of what ever else would have aired in the slots, but down 33%, or more, if an original episode of the regular programming had aired. It is interesting that the second airing of the special did draw a slightly bigger audience.

For the week, The CW averaged 1.44 million viewers and a 0.6 rating in Adults 18-49. The network is about six weeks from the start of season finales weeks, but there are only two more episodes of THE CARRIE DIARIES left.
