ABC Daily Ratings Release for June 27, 2018

ABC Thursday Prime Time (8:00-11:00 p.m.—2.9 million and 0.6/3 in AD18-49):

Up against NBC’s second night of live Democratic Debate coverage, ABC delivered Thursday’s No. 1 TV series for the 2nd week in a row with the hit mini-golf competition “Holey Moley” in Adults 18-49 (0.9/5), which increased its advantage over Fox’s “Spin the Wheel” to 50% this week (0.6/3 from 9:00-10:00 p.m.), up from 25% last week. In fact from 8:00-10:00 p.m., ABC’s “Summer Fun & Games” beat Fox’s Thursday unscripted lineup by 14% (0.8/4 vs. 0.7/3).

Leading off the night at 8:00 p.m., ABC’s self-starter “Holey Moley” held steady with its week-earlier debut and beat out Fox’s “MasterChef” to win the hour by 29% in Adults 18-49 (0.9/5 vs. 0.7/4). In addition, “Holey Moley” nearly doubled its time period for ABC year to year in Adults 18-49 (+80% over the year-ago “The Gong Show” at 0.5/3).

At 9:00 p.m. against the start of the debate on the East Coast, ABC’s “Family Food Fight” retained 100% of its week-ago series debut in Adults 18-49 and tied Fox’s “Spin the Wheel” for the entertainment lead in the hour (0.6/3), after trailing the new Fox game show by 2-tenths the prior week.
