It was another surge in the ratings for FOX News, growing its average by 700,000 viewers and increased the demographic rating to a 0.29, from a 0.23 rating. FOX doubled up CNN and MSNBC in the demo and has a 1.5 million viewer advantage over MSNBC, in total viewers.
MSNBC was second in both the 8 and 9 PM hours, but dropped to third place, at 10 PM, with Larry O'Donnell posting a smaller demo rating than the 10 PM CNN Tonight.
