US Box Office Results: March 1 - 3, 2018
HOW TO TRAIN YOUR DRAGON: THE HIDDEN WORLD repeats as the #1 movie, hauling in another $30 million, bringing its 10-day total to just under $97 million. The animated movie held of the new release, A MADEA FAMILY FUNERAL, which brought in $27 million.
After those two films, every other movie grossed seven million dollars, or less, Including the new thriller, GRETA. The Chloe Moretz film grossed just 4.6 million in its first three days of release.
The Oscar winner for best picture, GREEN BOOK, rose to the #5 spot, in week 16 of its theatrical release. The movie topped $4.7 million in its first post-Oscars weekend.
