Tuesday night's Presidential Address pumped up that night's cable news ratings, especially for FOX News. FNC had the highest rated coverage, with the 9 PM hour grabbing 7.1 million viewers and a solid 0.9 rating in Adults 18-49. CNN was second, with 3.5 million and a 0.8 demographic rating, leaving MSNBC in last with 4.3 million viewers and a 0.5 demo rating.
