Weekly Primetime Cable News: December 3 - 7, 2018
MSNBC maintained it lead in the cable news race, drawing slightly more viewers than FOX News and averaging the best A18-49 demographic of the three nets. MSNBC won two of the three hours, with RACHEL MADDOW easily taking the 9 PM hour and LARRY O'DONNELL topping INGRAM and CNN TONIGHT for the 10 PM hour.
FOX does draw the viewers, but the last few weeks have been a struggle to rally younger viewers to the network.
CNN's numbers are a matter of peaks and valleys, ranging from a 0.25 demographic rating on Tuesday night , down to a 0.18 on Thursday.
