Preliminary Ratings: Wednesday 09/05/2018
NBC was the to network in the Wednesday ratings, scoring a 1.2 rating in Adults 18-49 and averaging 6.7 million viewers. FOX edged CBS for second, with a 0.9 rating, while only averaging 3.4 million viewers. CBS had more viewers, with 3.8 million, but was a tenth of a point behind FOX.
ABC was a distant fourth as the all-encore night brought in just 2.3 million viewers and a 0.6 demo rating average. CW was even further back, with 600,000 viewers and a 0.1 demographic rating, on the night.
The top originals were BIG BROTHER and its 1.5 rating in Adults 18-49 and 5.5 million viewers. AMERICA'S GOT TALENT was the most watched, with 9.7 million viewers, but collected a 1.4 demo rating. Following AGT was WORLD OF DANCE and its 1.1 demo and 5.2 million viewers. Back-to-back episodes of MASTERCHEF averaged 3.3 million viewers and a 1.0 demo rating.
