Preliminary Ratings: Sunday 09/09/2018

FOX had the first season/series premiere of the new season, as the comedy, REL, debuted after the network's NFL coverage. The sitcom brought in 5.1 million viewers and a 1.7 rating in Adults 18-49. Not great numbers, but better than what FOX usually gets out of the time slot. If you are enthusiastic about the new series, it will be a few weeks before the second episode airs.

Sunday Night Football held onto its Thursday's Kickoff game number, averaging 19.6 million viewers and a 6.7 rating in Adults 18-49. That is the same A18-49 ratings and up 600k, in total viewers. but compred to last years game, ratings are down 4.8 million viewers and 27% in the demo.

The 2019 MISS AMERICA event took a sharp plunge, over last year's contest, dropping nearly 40% from the 2018 telecast.
