ABC won the ratings, Monday night, with a below average season finale for BACHELOR IN PARADISE. The three-hour event took in 4.2 million viewers and a 1.1 rating in Adults 18-49. That topped AMERICAN NINJA WARRIOR's 1.0 demo, but was 600,000 short of the NBC series in total viewers.
NBC rode ANJ to a second place finish, as another encore AMERICA'S GOT TALENT, from 10 to 11 PM, was last in the hour with 2.5 million viewers and a 0.5 demo.
CBS edged out FOX for third, with 3.3 million viewers and a 0.5 demo rating. The two summer dramas on CBS, SALVATION and ELEMENTARY, placed 4th and second, in their respective time slots.
Two hours of SO YOU THINK YOU CAN DANCE kept FOX as a fourth place network, averaging 2.4 million viewers and a 0.5 demo rating.
The CW's PENN & TELLER: FOOL US did capture 1.3 million viewers and a 0.3 rating in the A18-49 age group, at 8 PM, while a new WHOSE LINE? held onto 1.1 million viewers and all of the demo, from that lead in audience, at 9 PM. The 9:30 PM encore dropped another 100k in viewers and a tenth of a point in the demo.
