Preliminary Ratings: Monday 08/20/2018

ABC tops the Monday night ratings, with the dating combo of BACHELOR IN PARADISE and THE PROPOSAL. BAP won its two-hour time slot and was the night's #1 program, as THE PROPOSAL dropped to second in the 10 PM hour, behind an encore of AMERICA'S GOT TALENT.

AMERICAN NINJA WARRIOR was the #2 show of the night, overall, and the most watched program of the evening, pushing NBC into a second place finish.

CBS may get pushed to 5th place on the night, despite an all-original evening. CARPOOL KARAOKE was a bust, at 8 PM, finishing down in the ratings with FOX and The CW. The two dramas that followed posted the lowest ratings of the night, if the final ratings hold up.

FOX tops The CW for third place, but expect some football preemption to affect the final numbers, especially for The CW and ABC.
