Final Broadcast Ratings: August 12, 2018

CBS takes Sunday night, thanks to a solid performance by the PGA Championship overrun. The major golf tournament led in with well over 8.5 million viewers and a 1.7 rating in the A18-49 demographic. That is over last year's final numbers. BIG BROTHER and 60 MINUTES kept the ball rolling and off setting the crime drama encore's numbers.

ABC's game shows took second, with near summer season averages, while NBC's encores placed them in a close third place.

FOX and the TEEN CHOICE AWARDS did little to bring viewers to the network, as the awards event averaged just one million viewers.
