Preliminary Ratings: Friday 05/11/2018
It has been a busy Mothers Day weekend, so here is a quick show of the Friday night preliminary ratings.
CBS wins the night averaging 6.9 million viewers and a 0.7 rating in Adults 18-49. FOX ties CBS in the key demographic, but only draw 3.7 million viewers. NBC also collected 3.7 million viewers, but was down a tenth of a point in the A18-49 demo. ABC was fourth place, all around, averaging just 2.2 million viewers and a 0.5 rating int he demo. The CW generated just under 500k in viewers and a dismal 0.1 demo rating.
You winners on the night were the two hour FOX special, MEGHAN MAKLE: AN AMERICAN PRINCESS, winning the 8 PM hour and coming in second place at 9 PM. HAWAII FIVE-O and the season finale of BLUE BLOODS won their respective hours, both posting 0.8 in the demo and 7.1 and 8.7 million viewers, respectively.
The season premiere of UNDERCOVER BOSS did a respectable five million viewers and 0.6 demo rating, at 8 PM.
DATE LINE, from 9 to 11 PM, posted a 0.7 demo rating for NBC, along with four million viewers.
LIFE SENTENCE, on The CW, failed to reach 400,000 viewers on the night.
